2011 Mercury Outboard 60 Hp Timing Specs

Does anyone know where I can find the timing specs for my outboard? I need to reset the base timing. Can this be done or is it all electronic with the brain?

Timing on these motors rarely goes out of adjustment by itself.-----Running issues ?----What is the motor doing / not doing ?------What other trouble shooting has been done ?------Or is it a guess " must be the timing " type idea.
 
Found a mud diver nest by the timing belt.
Engine will turn over but wont start.
Put new plugs.
New fuel.
Put in new coils.
Plugs get Sparks.
Pulled and Cleaned Fuel injectors.
Still will not start.
Put timing light on cylinder one but its nowhere near the firing mark.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
