2010 Pro XS 250 Compression

I am considering buying a boat that has a 2010 Pro XS 250 motor, it has 400 hours on the motor, with 50 of those hours over 4500 RMPS, the bulk of the hours are under 2000 RPMs. I had compression test done and it read 83-85 on all cylinders, is this acceptable?
