Hey everyone. I am hoping to get some direction from you guys. I have a 2009 etec that has been a super motor for me. Last year had some difficulties and only got out on the water once. It started, but bogged down at throttle, eventually stalling. After that it was a bugger to start back up, I finally got it going again and at full throttle is would accelerate bog accelerate bog and repeat this until it eventually stalled. I thought it was bad gas so I went home purged the tank and motor. Skip ahead an entire year, took my son out last night and it did the same thing. Could you guys give me some direction on the trouble shooting workflow from simplest to difficult. I sure would appreciate it fellas. side not as I worked on the motor my son caught 2 bass and rubbed it in all night that he beat me
