Good day!
Two trips to boat mechanics and still no luck! I have a 2010 Mercury 20 hp with about 20 hours on it. I bought it second hand from a friend that can't use it any more. Here is some info that maybe someone else has experienced.
Motor starts perfect every time, it will run at idle or just above idle for hours. BUT as soon as I give it gas it will die..... although if I give it half choke (and try and hold it) it will run at about 3/4 power. I tried a tank of Seafoam with negative results.
