OK, Ive got twin 2001 200HPDIs, the boat was hit by a negative lightning strike, (not enough to destroy it, but enough to mess up everything electrical). Both engines crank, but run like crap, rough idle, cut off if you try to accelerate, and a steady alarm tone. There is nothing obviously fried. I'm wondering if the ECUs could be scrambled. Is there a way to test or detect if it is the ECUs, & if so, can I get to them without pulling the fuel system?
Thanks
