"I have a unit in here that is causing me to pull my hair out. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Engine seems to start fairly easily but is only running on 3 cylinders. Unfortunately two are on one bank and one on the other. Compression is over 100 and pretty even. Spark to all cylinders.
Plugs are not dry in fact fairly oily. I can choke out each carbureator individually and the only rpm drop I get is on the three that are actually running. #1, #2, and #6 OK #3,#4,and #5 problems. If it was all 3 on one side obvious solution. Also with spark tester spark on dead cylinders seems to be intermittent. Oh also tachometer not working will check the rectifier shortly.
