2008 optimax 115 in Kansas

I have the above motor on a boat. The boat was given to my son 2 years ago when my father passed away. He bought it new, we really never had an issue until this year. Started with a small drip off oil off a line from oil pump. Then went to 4 beep limp mode (fuel or oil issue) and smoked really really bad when running. Long story short had it in a shop for the last 9 weeks. He put a new oil tank on, did not help. Then put a new oil pump on. He said made it worse. Threw 21 codes and one solid beep. He did change out one fuel regulator disk. Said fuel pressure was way to high. He said made it a little better but did not solve issue. He no longer wanted to work on boat so I picked it up. Anyone know a good Mercury mechanic in Kansas who will spend time on the boat and communicate with me? Honestly any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
