My Boat flipped with twin Suzuki DF300 2008 model stolen for a Cuba run and now after engines were pickled and wiring harness were changed with all fuses the red light on the start button is flashing and no response on the engine side. When you turn the key on you can hear the fuel pumps turn on and the trim and tilt works but no shifting or no engine start and no fault codes on the gauges. Does this mean the ecm's are fried? We live on Grand Cayman and there are no Suzuki dealers here. Please help.
