1st post. Thanks for all the help in advance. I have a 2008 Merc 150 Optimax outboard on a 24 ft pontoon. Last summer, the primer bulb was rotted out and I replaced it on my own. I did not have any issues. At the end of the summer, the motor would "choke" out at top speed, still running, but lose power and I would have to throttle down. I had mechanic take a look, there where no issues when run land, and fuel filter was clean of debris.
This spring, same issues. I am hoping there is an easy answer or check for this?
