My motor runs great when it is above 32 degrees. When it goes below that the engine will sometimes hestitate at full throttle almost like there is water or ice in the gas. I have checked the filter in the gas tank and the gas is treated with stablizer and everything looks good. I also checked the filter on the engine and thats fine. I took off the screw on the bottom of the carb and no water is in the carb. This usually happens when I first start it up in the cold and run for a few minutes. It seems like its not getting enough gas sometimes. When it starts to hesitate I can squeeze the ball on the gas line and the motor doesn't hesitiate for a while. Any suggestions. Thanks Mark

Does the engine die out after a while when you are at full throttle? Sounds like you could have some crap in your carb It should come apart to be inspected if the engine dies after a while of running i would suspect fuel pump issue check the pressure and also do a vacuum test between the pump and the tank to make sure there isn't a high amount or vacuum should be less than 3psi.
