Hey all! I’m a new owner of a 2007 Mariner 60hp EFI. The trim indicator isn’t working. A little investigation shows the wiring looks OK at the console end, but there doesn’t appear to be a sender on the engine bracket.
I’m guessing I need to buy the correct analogue sender. Appears to go to the bracket on the starboard side (circled).
Does anyone know where it wires into? Tracing the main harness into the engine there is a brown/white wire (google suggests that’s the one!), but I can’t see any obvious dangling wires or connectors where it should connect.
Does it need to be wired right back to the console? Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
Pictures below - please excuse the newbie questions!
