"My 2007 suzuki DF15 will only start and stay idling with choke opened fully even when warmed up. When moving at higher rpm I can then close the choke and it works fine, when I turn down throttle it stalls unless choke is open.
Also, it is remote model, when in reverse the prop moves just barely enough to move the boat.
