2007 BF 150 stuck sparkplugs

I went to pull/check the plugs,I could only get 2 out because the rubber/foam like piece on the end of the sparkplug boot was stuck way down inside the hole around the sparkplug.I guess the glue gave and its now stuck to the sparkplug! I couldnt get anything in there to grab it and pull it off? again any help would be appreciated.
