2006 Yamaha F115 VST drain?

Getting a boat my dad had sitting for yrs into running condition. Want to drain the VST but I can't seem to find the drain screw. I released what little pressure was in the fuel rail using the schrader valve on top of the rail. I also found the little black rubber plug with a "tab" on it ( right under the fuel line from the pump to the VST) that you are suppose to remove and then press the valve there to release VST pressure. But for the life of me I just can't seem to find the "brass"? drain screw that you are suppose to loosen to drain the tank.

Is it hidden behind something like the intake tubes? The little diagram in the service manual isn't any help.... I had the same kind of problem looking for the bullet connector on the Br wire of the starter relay. It was hidden up behind the PTT relay and I had to remove the PTT relay to undo the connector. I don't know why it was behind the PTT relay, there is/was plenty of wire to allow it to go underneath and be in plain sight, which is where I left it after bench checking the starter relay.
 
The drain is at the bottom of the VST. There should be a pink hose coming from the drain. The hose might be clipped to something to hold it in place.
 
I figured it would have to be on the bottom somewhere. I'll look again. Maybe it will be easier to see with the motor trimmed down. It's been in the locked up position as I sent the PTT off to be rebuilt.

BTW: You were helping me a couple weeks ago on the starter problem but stopped responding. Maybe you were away..... anyway the relay failed the bench test so I have a new one on it's way. Thx for the help.
 
New (old) relay came in and pasted bench test. installed it and that was the eng starting problem!

I put the engine down after replacing the PPT unit and found the brass drain screw once it was down. I don't see a drain line but it should drain out once I loosen the screw and release pressure using the schrader. I was thinking of using a irrigation syringe to put some sea foam into the VST to help clean it/the filter??
