2006 Yamaha 115 4stroke problems

I have a 2006 115 4stroke. It idles fine but when I try to plane off its so sluggish/not full powered but sometimes if I throttle all the way out for a bit it acts okay. Once I stop though it starts to happen again. I have a fuel water separator and it really was pretty clean and I run ethanol free fuel all the time. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

YES!!!!! I had this start late last season on mine, same motor same year same issue, 66hrs run time. I took it in to a dealer after trying several things. They said they couldn't replicate the problem in the shop but said several people with this motor have had the issue. New Plugs is all thay would say. Put new plugs in and took her out yesterday,,,,, same issue. I'm now thinking it may be injectors. I'm really worried about going on the river as i don't know if this motor is going to give up on me completely. I'm looking for help also.
