Just had the timing belt replaced on this. The third time taking it out after when back to dock I noticed oil coming out between the exhaust housing and lower unit. Upon further inspection and after hooking up the hose and removing the guard above the flywheel I found that the oil is coming from the cam shaft seal!!! Any info at all please help. I lost about half my oil. Is this caused by the shop who did the timing belt? How tough of fix? I just ordered a repair manual and am fairly good with engines but not much experience with this motor yet?

Here's some helpful info if anyone cares. I replaced my camshaft seal and top crank seal. Pretty easy job. The cam shaft seal can be picked up at any parts store they can cross reference the merc part number. It's about 9 bucks compared to 20 plus for the merc part. The crank seal however u can't get at a auto parts store. I called all merc dealers around and none in stock. Yamaha cross referenced the number and I got one from them cheaper too. Merc part is about 24 Yamaha is 16. Also the thermostat cover and gasket u can get from Yamaha if your in a pinch!
