my 9.9 year 2006 elecric start,four stroke -starts good but won't idle or run at low rpm's,stalls out.I replaced gas filters and drained carb but now need help. I always use fuel stabalizers for ethanol and have a water seperator filter.please help.I only use this motor for trolling
