2006 ETec trim tilt

Lift quit working properly on a 75 HP, entire unit needs replacement due to corrosion. I am considering replacing myself, I have not done my own work the past, but feel this is a project I could handle. Question is 1) does this require any special tools/knowledge 2) could someone recommend an on-line parts place that has a good rep. Many Thanks!
