2005 Nissan NSF9.8A3 loading up at half throttle

I just purchased this 2005 Nissan NSF9.8A3 3v2-1 model, it wasn't running when i got it and previous owner said it was bogging down when given gas, I rebuilt the carbs, replaced the plugs and tested and it starts & idles fine and will take the gas up to a certain point then sounds as if it starts loading up/missing etc. I am only running it in the yard on muffs right now trying to get it running correctly before I head out with it. I have now replaced all the hoses from the tank to the carburetor and also replaced the fuel pump. I tried testing the ignition coil but wasn't sure I was doing it right. Any help would be appreciated. Not sure on next steps.

I replaced the plugs with new ones and after running they appear normal.

then it's not loading up. likely too lean. Have the carb professionally cleaned in an ultrasonic tank.

Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can find a shop and get them to do that for me.
