2005 mercury 50 hp two stroke stalling out

motor has been sitting at least two years. installed new water pump and went through all three carbs. starts up awesome, will sit their and idle great, I can rev it up and it is smooth but after idling for a minute it just stops right now, just stalls right out like somebody turned the key off. but it starts right back up. im confused, any suggestions?

Did U set the idle in gear in the water? If yes the open each idle mix screw 1/4 turn CCW and see if it improves. Carbs may need another 1/4 turn. If not set up in gear in water then do it and add 1/2 turn CCW wen done.
