I have a 2005 johnson 90 hp and it have a hesitation or stumbling problems intermittingly. it does this between 1300 and about 4000 rpms. it runs good, then for about three or 4 seconds it the motor vibrates and stumbles then off it goes again. Also the bulb will not firm up in the beginning. I ran a can of Sea Foam throght it to no avail. wide open it runs good. changed bulb then help bulb vertical but it did not help. Any ideas?
