2005 Johnson 115hp 4 stroke check engine/rough idle?

When starting motor it seems to have a rough idle, although it will run once throttled up(sometimes). Seems the bubble is going soft but not completely. Once it sits for a little bit it seems to do a little better and will get from point A to B but will die when throttled down. Have traced fuel
lines and haven’t found any leaks. Anyone know what could be going on? Also I should add the check engine will flash 3x pause then 2x. Any help would be great. Thanks

Clean fuel vapour separator tank.----Replace all fuel filters.-----Check fuel pressure when done.

All filters and fuel lines checked/changed. Will run fine while on the muffs in the driveway. Took it to the ramp and started up fine, when you go to put it in gear it will run rough like before or die. ??

Sounds like it might be running on 3 of 4 cylinders.----It will run fine on muffs like all motors do.
