"Bought brand new in 2006.I had it back to dealer 3 times they finally got the power drop off out at 2200 rpm and than said live with the rest.Warm starts like fuel injected but isn't.I still find it starts hard when cold ,maybe turns over 20 times on full choke and throttle open 70% before starting with fuel bulb pumped up.It also has a vibration from 900 to 1200 rpm.Motor mounted on a pontoon with exstened transom.I was told to open up needle valve to make easier starting but they have tabs that would have to be ground off.I don't live in Califonia so we don't have the EPA reg. For the vibration at low RPM does anyone else notice this on a pontoon.It isn't the prop because it dose it in nuteral. Thanks for any help"
