2005 F115 rough idle and no power

Engine will start, idle rough, rev up to around 3000ish rpm but is sputtery. I’ve checked all fuel issue possibilitities and it is holding good fuel pressure. Spark is good. Timing belt is good. Compression is good. Could something internal mechanically be doing this?
