2005 F115 Issue

I have an issue with my F115 - 100 hrs or so.
At idle it will jump around a bit - 700 rpms to 900 rpms. Trolling with it at 1000 RPMs it will make a really quick bump up to 1200 rpms and right back to 1000 rpms, like a sneeze every couple of minutes. Cruising speeds everything seems fine.
It usually does the quick bump up after trolling for about 10-15 minutes, take it for a cruise and its fine at first and then starts agian.
Any ideas?
Want to take care of it myself if easy of enough fix.

That makes sense, the previous owner only ran it 2 times this past summer and never used seafoam or stabill or any type of treatment like that before.
I just picked up the boat in Sept. and have only put on about 100 miles so far before it iced up.

One more thing, when i first ran it after purchase, it started and idled good. After it warmed up for about 5 minutes we took off and only made it to about 2500 rpms and really bogged down and sputtered. Back off to idle for a few minutes and tried that 3 or 4 times, finally it cleared out and ran good, expect for the issue above.

In large letters, DO NOT RUN ANY ADDITIVES IN YOUR FUEL ON THIS ENGINE ESPECIALLY SEA FOAM! Ring free, from Yamaha, is ok from time to time. Seafoam will damage the filers on the injectors over time.
