2005 75 hp merc Alarm

I took my boat hunting last we

I took my boat hunting last weekend and I noticed a gas smell shortly after leaving the launch the the Alarm beeped 4 times it seems to run fine but I found a leak on what i believe is the mixing box there is a red (i believe its a cap) that kinda looks like a crown. and it is leaking speraticly at the base. Is this my "4 Beeps" and is there a gasket i can replace to fix it?

the beep sounds like your low oil alarm.Is this oil injected?

yes it is oil injected... the

yes it is oil injected... the oil tank is completly full.. I used to have a 1997' 45 jet merc that had a oil sensor go bad and the alarm sounded constant still i suppose it could be the alarm and the gas leak is a secondary problem?
