2005 3.0 Mercruiser bored 60 over...

Hello to all. So I have a 2005 3.0 mercruiser that just got bored 60 over at my machine shop per their recommendation as it was already 30 over. Awaiting the +.060 pistons coming next week for install.

My question is can I install my brand new in the box OEM GM stamped head with valves fully assembled ready to bolt on without doing any major modifications after having the the larger pistons in place? Fyi, Im new to rebuilding motors so any feedback is welcomed. Thank you

Ayuh,..... The over bore is irreverent to the head, go for it,....

dont be surprised if you start to run warm, At .060 the cylinder walls are a bit thin
