2005 3.0 low compression middle cylinders

Hi guys. I just bought this boat in non running condition for a good price because of this issue. I was told it has low compression in one cylinder and thought may need a rebuild so priced accordingly. When I put the compression tester on it it turned out to be the two middle cylinders. Compression was 165,60,60,160 so I thought must just be the head gasket. I pulled the head only to find it looked good however the exhaust manifold gasket was blown out between those two cylinders. Is there any way that is causing the low compression issue? It wouldn't make sense to me but I'm not a boat mechanic. I'll add some pics of the gaskets. I don't have a leak down tester so I didn't check that before pulling the head off sadly. The motor is a 2005 with 200 hours on it.

Nope,..... Ya got the head off, test the valves sealin', by fillin' the combustion chamber with kero or diesel,....

Awesome. I didn't think to do that. I did that test and two adjacent valves in the low compression cylinders are leaking. It's not just flowing out fast but I let it sit while I ate breakfast about 20 minutes and there is puddling in those two ports. Is this enough to cause a hundred psi loss?

Can I do a similar test on the piston rings?

Thanks a ton!
