2004 mercury 115 / 4 stroke injector signal

my friends 115 merc 4 stroke is not getting voltage to # 3 injector. swapped injectors to verify. also checked to verify plug is firing.is there a sensor that could cause control module to not send signal to one injector?

Check your wiring, somewhere there is a break or bad connection,may have to peel all the wiring covering to find the break. I just went thru this on my optimax good luck
