2004 mercruiser 350 mag mpi engine no distributor plug?

i understand there are two ignition methods one using dis plug and one with out?

If you are referring to setting the INITIAL TIMING, with a DELCO Voyager EST distributor, you can use a "timing plug" or you can use a scan tool....

But if the engine has an ECU, it should control the timing....and you may have to worry about the cam retard adjustment - and that requires a scan tool...

no cam sensor but has ecu

I am not at shop anyone no where too find scan list of values on line make its me icant seem to find any. 2004 mercursier 5.7 mag mpi
