The motor runs good.
When they stop to fish, they shut it down and when trying to start it again it won't start unless they pump the ball again. Then it can be real difficult to start again.
Then it runs ok until they stop again.
How do you check the fuel pump pressure on the high pressure and low pressure systems?
I see no Schrader valve ??

Thanks

First test the primer bulb before you go too far. I had a similar issue with my '96 Evinrude 150 and found the check valve in the bulb was bad allowing gas to drain back into the fuel tank.

1) Remove the Primer bulb
2) Place your finger over the outlet barb and hold it there
3) Squeeze the bulb. You should feel air blow against your finger.
4) Release the bulb while keeping your finger on the outlet barb.

You should now feel suction against your finger and the bulb should stay flat. If it does, your check valve is fine and you need to diagnose elsewhere. If you don't feel any suction and the bulb returns to original shape then it needs replaced.

This is a V-6 model 4 stroke built by SUZUKI for BRP products.-------He seems to say that the motor starts after the bulb is primed.----It lists like 3 fuel filters on this machine.------Perhaps look at them.

If the bulb(it's new) was bad it probably wouldn't pump up and get hard.
Thanks for the answers.

Actually if the suction side of the bulb works and the check valve is bad it will still allow it to pump up hard because you're forcing fuel against the needle valves in the fuel bowls. The problem is that a bad check valve allows to the fuel to flow back from the engine into the tank. This was the exact issue I had on my engine.

Follow Racer's advice and look into the multiple fuel filters. It's possible you have debris blocking them and when you pump up the bulb you force fuel through but it quickly gets used up if the pump can't draw fuel through.

Thanks again,
the ball works as it should.
Someone has installed an anti-siphon valve in the fuel line, between the water/sep filter and the VST.
Stopping the flow back into the tank.

The filters are new or clean.
The VST is spotless, checked it yesterday.

The LP pump starts at 550$ and goes up.
He's gonna live with the problem as it always starts up after the ball has been squeezed.

It's like it looses prime after setting for an hour??
