"The engine runs great when i put it in the water. I run it for a bit and turn it off and it starts right up. If i give it gas it stalls out. the plugs seem to be wet and fouled. Seems to only do this when its hot out and i keep the cowling on. The longher it sits the worse it does it.Rebuilt the carbs with new needles, seats, floats with no luck. runs great when i get it going its just the from idle it stalls ?"
