2004 E-Tec 40hp

Hi,
I would like to use my e-tec Evinrude to recharge my battery use for
Bilge pump and navigation lights. Is there enough amp to do this and how can i install it. I know there is an existing coil availàble to attach the positive cable but not sure for the negative cable.
