"the motor turns over fine but will not start, it will run after the fuel filter was removed and put back then pumped up then starts and runs great.you can blow through the filter. on the side of the motor there is a metal tank that has a fuel bleader, when pushed it only has 1/2 the fuel presser as the other motor. some time it will start the next day just fine, some time it will not start after just 5 min. being off, thanks Dave"
