"All My boat battery will not

"All My boat battery will not stay charged. I put a new battery and with in a week at the dock it is dead. Something is pulling power. I put a cut of switch in the powerline of my fish finder because I thought thats what it was. I charge the battery and it will work but while parked it dies. If I use it day after day its fine, but once parked for about a week it drains. How can I find whats drawing power?"

How long has this problem persisted? Not all new batteries are fool proof... How was previous battery? Same symptoms?

I'd start by taking the battery in to a battery specialist to check charge rates. Charge & dis-charge.

We'll go from there once the battery has been checked.

"The other battery was doing the same thing but it didn't start unitl, or I didn't notice it unitl I installed the fish finder. I used the boat a lot in the beginning and after I didn't use it as much I noticed the battery was dying. I put the new one and got the same thing. I will have the battery tested and let you know. Thanks for the help."
