2004 225 OptiMax ---- Shuts off...Electrically

The engine will startup, run a little rough, and when the throttle is raised to roughly 2800-3000 RPM the engine shuts off like the key switch was turned to the off position. Also, when the engine shuts off...there isn't any power to the smartcraft gauge and key switch, but without touching anything, after just a minute or two the power will come back and the engine will start up again. Has anyone experienced this shutting down and losing all battery voltage like this on the 225 Opti's? The emergency kill switch seems to working fine and all of the wiring seems to have good clean and tight connections. There are times when the engine will shut off at idle, and again will lose all power to the smartcraft gauge and dashboard. The battery connections are clean and tight as well, but for some reason all voltage is lost, and then comes back! Any ideas/suggestions regarding this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Check the grounds on the Starboard side of the engine.

Take the grounds off and clean them. That is where You should start.
