2004 150Hp Evinrude idles rough and stalls

I have a 2004 150hp Evinrude, Model #E150FPLSRS. It seems to be idleing slow and when I shift into gear, forward or reverse it stalls unless I accelerate quickly. Once it is up and running at a higher RPM it seems to run fine. I thought it might be old gas but I have filled it up a few times already this year. The last time I out gas in I added Sea Foam to see if it would clean the fuel system at all. Any suggestions on what to look at first would be great.
 
A compression check is first thing to do. I know it run well at high end,so did mine. I had one cylinder with no compression, ran a little rough at idle but would run seemingly fine at wide open. It was hard to me to believe it would run so smooth and no noise. Check spark also on each cylinder. Clean or rebuild all carbs. Change spark plugs.
