2004 100HP mariner outboard

Can't get motor to cycle water thru motor. Was working last time started motor 3 days ago.

Is the problem water is not coming out of the telltale "pee" hole? If yes there could be a spider nest in the tubing; run a stiff wire thru it. When was the last time you changed the waterpump impeller?
