I have replaced the impeller and tested the thermostat. It is still getting into the 180-200+ temperature range. I have also ran it without the thermostat, still too hot. I have blow out every port I could access, water tube, pee hole, and thermostat ports. All the air runs into the test tank and makes bubbles. What else could be making it run so hot? There is sufficient water coming out of the pee hole. Any help or suggestions would be great.
