My motor randomly alarms with a constant beep until I throttle down. If I don't throttle down it goes the mode where it slows down and will not allow me to accelerate. I replace the impeller and I have very good water flow. At first it only did it after a few miles or I could go a couple trips without it happening but now it is almost always doing it even after a few minutes of running. I really could use some help!!! Thanks,

Stuck thermostat or debris behind exhaust plate need to check temp if its actually getting hot could be a bad sensor

The motor does not feel hot and the water coming out of the tattle tail is warm. Is there a way to backflush these motors it there is debris behind the exhaust plate or do I need to remove it?

Was the old impeller intact? If not there could pieces in the water jacket impeding cooling flow. Verify the water inlet is clear of debris. If you have never replace the thermostat it can't hurt to do so or at least open up the housing and verify it is not stuck half open and is working properly. You'll need the gaskets.

I would also be checking the oil pressure on that engine along with the oil pressure switch... This will also trigger an alarm...

I want to thank you all for your willingness to help me out!!! It was a stuck thermostat and that did the trick!!! Thanks so much for the help!!!
