2003 MD40B Tohatsu 40hp New Problem

New problem now, got everything else figured out and she ran great one time. Tried to put her in a second time and she just clicks. I tried 3 different batteries and the power tilt and trim isn’t working either. Any suggestions?
 
Obviously check the fuses. A blown fuse will shut down the PTT. As for clicking, is it the solenoid (relay) or starter that is clicking? Also VERIFY grounds.
