2003 m15d2 no spark

Looking for some help with this motor. No spark when pulled. Any suggestions as to which part to test or try first?

Using your Factory service manual as a guide, see if there is signal from the exciter to the CD. How many DVA? Then check how many DVA from the CD to the coil? Of course, verify the kill switch is not engaged.

Paul, DVA? Digital, Volt, Amps? I don't recognize this acronym. The kill switch works.

Digital Voltage Adapter. Reads pulses on an analog meter.
You can also use an analog ohm meter to test the exciter.
