2003 Johnson 175 J175GLSTA?

I have this motor & had carbs rebuilt & a lync & sync done last year & it ran great All of a sudden my holeshot got weak & idle slowed down to the point of almost stalling when in the water in gear but so far it’s only stalled once. It usually idled at 600 but gets down to 480 rpm but doesnt stall. It also would bog like it was dropping a cylinder when attempting w o t after she warmed up a little & only got to 4800 rpm. I’ve changed power pack, sensor, plugs, wires & coils. I rebuilt the vro/fuel pump over the weekend & was able to hit 5450 rpm so that’s good now. Still has low idle around 600 but will get all the way down to 480 rpm & I can tell holeshot will still be bad with a load. It use to brake over at 3800 & the other night it finally got to 3100 rpm when it broke over. After getting on plane it runs better that it has in a long time. What could be causing the low idle low acceleration on home shot?
 
Water in the fuel ?----Why did you install all the new parts ?---Carburetors checked for warped float bowls ?----Post actual compression values.
 
Carbs were rebuilt by omc certified tech & lync & sync performed. It ran great afterwards then all of a sudden the idle changed. As far as the high speed bog it was doing it after a long run & I could let off run a ways?& it would straighten up & then w o t again & it would do it again. I could make it repeat it any time. It was reccomended to try the power pack. The high speed bog actually got worse & done it at a lower rpm (4800) than before. I’m waiting to get it in to my local mechanic who is outstanding on these motors so while waiting I decided it’s getting old & I’ve had it for half it’s life so why not rebuild the vro/fuel pump while I wait on my mechanic & see if the high speed bog gets better & it’s gone now. I figured if changing power pack why not change coils sensor plugs & wires. Only thing left now if magnets are good is the stator & rectifier & I think they’re good. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks
