2003 F90TLRB throttle linkage marks

Hello, just trying to do a visual inspection of the throttle linkage on this motor. i have the service manual that says it covers this model but the linkage on the carburetor is different. i says to center the roller on the arrow at idle. This motor does not have the arrow on the linkage plastic linkage to center the roller.

What manual is that from? Thank you very much. My manual shows an arrow under the roller on that black plastic…
