Does anyone know where I can purchase/download the diagnostic software for a 2003 200 FICHT?

do they sell the software? Purchasing on ebay with usb cable and hopefully on a flash drive. No such thing as a good evinrude dealer in RI as far as I know.

I bought the software off of eBay for my 2000 225 Fight, works fine. I spent $15 extra to get it from San Francisco instead of Croatia. Pretty sure what io got originally came from Croatia.
