Hi all,
Started the motor tonight and noticed that the was a very weak tell tale. Ran the motor for about 30-45s before turning it off. I then hooked the hose up to the flushing hose and the same, very weak tell tale.
I have just change the thermostat but pulled the cover off and checked I assembled it correctly. No problems there.
So i'm am thinking that this is not an water pump/impeller problem but a blocked water passage. I see the the water in from the flush hose goes into the exhaust cover and then exits this cover. I ran salt-away through the engine for about 10 mins to see if I can flush out any possible corrosion or salt blockages.
Could a blocked water passage in the exhaust manifold be causing this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Alex
