2003 90 HP Outboard won't start

My 2003 motor started right up, stalled, and when I went to start it again, it doesn't do anything. I changed the ignition switch, still nothing but I can jump the solenoid and it will turn over. Any suggestions? Thank you.

One of the smaller RED wires leading from the starter solenoid contains a 20 ampere power fuse. Check to see if it had blown.

If the fuse is okay, possibly the neutral safety switch is slightly out of adjustment.

Can't locate the power fuse. Will look again. Already replaced the neutral safety switch. Thank you.
