shakes and sputters at high speed after 5 minutes if running. any ideas?

been busy.... this engine runs great for about 15 minutes at wot then will break up and die to slow speed , changed coils ,wires plugs ,disconnected temp lines, got little better than when I first started with it. but it still happens. I am assuming it is the pack. looked but is hard to find.
