2003 15 hp starving for fuel

15hp starts and runs great the

15hp starts and runs great then dies. Fuel line bulb does not stay hard. Can pump fuel bulb and run for ever (until hand gives out). New fuel line (or find air leak) or possibly fuel pump?
I have checked the fuel line for leaks.

"In pumping the fuel primer bulb, you are acting as a manual fuel pump. This indicates a faulty fuel pump as you've eliminated the other possibilty (air/fuel leakage) that would cause a good operating fuel pump to draw air.

I was operating in cold weather (20's), maybe there was iceing in the pump. will try to run in warmer weather. thanks again"
