"The second time out this year, had a hard time starting the engine (5-8 seconds before engine fired up). Ran around the lake a couple times. Turned off the engine to hear it chug and cough a bit before actually stopping. 15 minutes later, I tried to start it. The engine turned once and everything locked up. What could it be? Hydro lock? Power steering tooth broken? Drive shaft? Are any of these symptoms related? Where can I start my diagnosis?"
